1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items may not be refunded.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Some stationery items cannot be returned due to hygiene or usage reasons:

Pens, markers, and highlighters once opened
Notebooks or diaries that have been written in
Customized or personalized stationery items
Clearance or discounted products
Any item not in its original condition

3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos or video proof
We will replace the product or issue a refund at no extra cost

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed
Refund will be issued to your original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

The product delivered is defective
You received the wrong item or variant
The replacement item is in stock

If not available, a refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
In case of cancellation, your payment will be refunded fully.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for postage charges.
